As he's a massive fan of Manchester City, we couldn't think of anyone better to reveal the new Manchester City home shirt than Liam Gallagher. Here, Liam and his band Beady Eye perform a special version of the City anthem Blue Moon before launching into their new single The Beat Goes On. The new MCFC home shirt, which will be worn by the team for the 2011/12 season, features a sound wave of the fans singing Blue Moon as part of the design. leecolvin79: they both played a huge part in making oasis what they were in the mid to late 90's Noel was the brains, Liam was the swagger. It wouldn't have worked without both of them. Unfortunately, Liam had to act the cunt way to much for his bro to handle and that was the end of it. It was a sad sad day in the music world, and one I will never forget. I think Noel's debut album will sky rocket due to his talents that far outweigh his brothers!!

fxsaberboy: @dsgjhks Stop taking sides, they are both to blame. I doubt Noel will fair any better than Beady Eye simply because his voice on every track will get dull quick. Unless of course he has a wide variety of songs, and lyrics on his album which will be cause for praise, even over DGSS. But you must have noticed that every song he sings kind of sounds like he is looking for the ultimate tune, but just cant get there. Just Getting Older, The Fame, Going Nowhere are great examples. Good songs still.
