Preachers Son play The Rory Gallagher International Tribute Festival 2011 - 18 June 2011

http://www.preachersson.com - Preachers Son hit Ballyshannon, Co Donegal June 3rd 2011 playing The Rory Gallagher International Tribute Festival 2011 with fabulous guests Tabby Callaghan on lead guitar and Arunas Lukasevicius on bass. Thanks to Anna Leask for filming. Preachers Son are Dubliners Brian Hogan (Kíla) and Emmaline Duffy-Fallon (previously of Engine Alley). Together since 2009, they've created a unique, hard-rock sound that positively drips with drama and raw musicality. Grit / glam, swamp rock with craggy guitars and weighty vocals, their debut album "Love Life & Limb" was mixed by Dave Bascombe in the Metropolis studios in London (Placebo, Korn, Kylie Minogue, Goldfrapp, Depeche Mode). Guest artists on the album include Gavin Friday, Liam Ó Maonlaí and Kieran Kennedy. Preachers Son are joined on stage by guests of mighty stature including Tabby Callaghan (X Factor) and Kieran Kennedy (Black Velvet Band, Hothouse Flowers). They have toured the length and breadth of Ireland and internationally have played in Canada (CMW), Italy and the UK. http://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/love-life-limb/id469986256
